Citizen intake form

Use this form to ask the Clearinghouse to try to find you a volunteer lawyer. Fields marked (required) must be completed.

The information you share is sensitive. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how it is stored, used, and shared. If you have an urgent court deadline, seek legal help immediately and do not rely solely on this Clearinghouse.

Costs and expenses: Volunteer lawyers provide their legal services at no charge (pro bono), but the out-of-pocket expenses of a lawsuit (such as filing fees, deposition transcripts, expert witness fees, travel, or similar out-of-pocket costs) are separate. You may be expected to pay these litigation expenses. The Clearinghouse is seeking funds to help defray them but cannot guarantee coverage. See Costs and expenses for more.

Important: The Denaturalization Defense Clearinghouse is not a law firm and is not engaged in the practice of law. The Clearinghouse does not provide legal advice and does not represent you. Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship with the Clearinghouse or with any lawyer. The Clearinghouse will make its best efforts to identify a volunteer lawyer who may be willing to consider representing you on a pro bono basis, but it cannot guarantee that a lawyer will be found or that any lawyer will agree to take your case. If you have an urgent deadline (such as a response date in a court case), you should seek legal help immediately and should not rely solely on this Clearinghouse.
